SME DIGITALISATION MATCHING GRANT

The Malaysia government has allocated RM500 million to help the first 100,000 Malaysia SMEs to adopt and digitalise the business with 50% Matching Grant application of up to RM5,000 per company.

Eligibility

The SME is at least 60% owned by Malaysian

Available to SME and Cooperative (“Koperasi”) registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia

The SME/Coop has been in operation for at least six (6) months

The SME/Coop has minimum average annual sales turnover of RM50,000.

How to apply

  1. Contact and appoint us as panel of Service Providers to perform any of the digitalisation services available (maximum of 3 panels).

  2. Complete and submit the application (https://bit.ly/38CutMN) form together with the required supporting documents to any of the BSN’s branches.

  3. Once the SME’s application is approved, pay the difference of the total invoice after deducting the subsidized amount granted from the Initiative and to provide proof of payment to any of the BSN’s branches.

SUBMISSION

BeanSE team will assist applicant for the documentation checking & submit to BSN banker.

APPROVAL / REJECT

Applicant will receive SMS from BSN banker for the grant approval status.

PAYMENT

Based on the approval of the grant amount, applicant shall need to pay for the balance after deduct from the grant amount. Official receipt will issue and submit to BSN banker by BeanSE.

GRANT PAYMENT

Grant payment will be issue by BSN to BeanSE – Technology Service Provider (TSP)
